School has been back in session for over a month…have you joined the PTA and SBEF yet?
Join your school’s parent-teacher organization, and you will:
- Stay informed about school happenings
- Connect with other families
- Support special school events, assemblies, and field trips for your children
- Fund classroom supplies and campus beautification
Find and join your school PTA here:
You can also join the San Bruno Education Foundation as a member! As a SBEF member, you’ll sustain enrichment opportunities and resources for our San Bruno students and teachers, including:
- Music and arts programs: weekly elementary music class, Parkside Band & Orchestra, and afterschool theater
- STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, & Mathematics): Lego Robotics, school gardens, and classroom science supplies
- Resources for teachers and students: Professional development for teachers and scholarships for the Parkside-Narita exchange program
- Districtwide community events: Back-To-School BBQ, Panther Pride Day, and more!
Did you know that grandparents, aunts, uncles, and neighbors can also join the PTA and SBEF, or make donations to the PTA and SBEF? So can school alumni, prospective families, and community members who want to support their local schools! PTA and SBEF memberships and donations are tax deductible.
