Time for some more FAQ’s about the San Bruno Education Foundation!
Question #4: Where does the San Bruno Education Foundation get the money to fund these academic enrichment programs?
Answer: As you can see from the pie chart, the SBEF has done an excellent job of securing grants to support enrichment programs like STEM, music and arts at San Bruno schools. We’re thankful to the San Bruno Community Foundation and Welch Family Foundation for some of our major grants. We also have several corporate sponsors such as YouTube.
We receive about 9% of our funding from individual donations from community members like you. We hope to build that support from our school families, so we can expand our enrichment offerings for all San Bruno students
