Both kids AND parents are getting nervous about starting the school year with distance learning. But there are several free online classes next week that aim to help families kick off the new school year smoothly.

Expert child therapists will share tips for handling the transition back to remote schooling over the first few weeks, including handling stress, starting new routines, and having a plan when those inevitable tough moments come up.
